Profhilo is the first BDDE-free stabilised injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) based product for treating skin laxity.
With one of the highest concentrations of HA on the market (64mg/ml) it is not only boosts and hydrates the skin, but also remodels the ageing and sagging tissue.

The formulation of HA with different molecular weights contained in Profhilo is based on a concept of Hydrolift® Action. This innovative approach is aimed at counteracting the physiological reduction of HA in the skin, restoring hydration, elasticity and skin tone, by associating, in a synergistic way, deep hydration with the mechanical action of lifting the skin.

Profhilo delivers great results as a treatment on its own or in combination with other aesthetics treatments currently on offer. It can be used on the face, neck and body.

Profhilo Structura

Profhilo Structura is an advanced injectable HA designed to restore volume and structure in the face by targeting age-related fat loss. Unlike traditional fillers, it uses a unique formulation of hyaluronic acid to stimulate tissue regeneration and improve skin quality while rebuilding the deeper support layers. The result is a natural lift, better facial definition, and healthier, firmer skin over time.

Profhilo vs Profhilo Structura

• Profhilo: Improves skin hydration, elasticity, and overall quality. It’s often described as an “injectable moisturiser” that stimulates collagen and elastin production for fresher, firmer skin.

• Profhilo Structura: Designed for facial reshaping by restoring fat tissue that’s lost with age. Rather than just hydrating, it rebuilds underlying support and contour, giving a more lifted, defined look alongside better skin quality.

Polynucleotides

​

Polynucleotides are of natural origin derived from freshwater fish intended for human consumption. Safety is ensured through the unique high purification technology. 

Polynucleotides increase production of collagen, stimulate proliferation of fibroblasts and promote hydration. Free radical scavenging assists regeneration of damaged, atrophic and ageing tissues.

The Croma PolyPhil range include products specific for targeting the delicate eye area (upper and lower lids) and for promoting hair growth (scalp and eyebrows, in addition to products for treating the face, neck, decolletage and hands. PolyPhil Next combines polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid.
