  • Booking & service data: appointment details, services requested, clinician notes and consents, before/after photos (with your explicit consent), communications with us.

  • Financial/transaction data: payments made, refunds, and invoices (processed via our payment providers; we do not store full card details).

  • Marketing preferences: your subscriptions and opt-ins.

  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type/version, time zone, and cookie data (see Cookies Policy below).

  • Usage data: how you use our Website, pages viewed, links clicked.

  • Special category data (health): relevant medical history, allergies, medications, treatment suitability information and photographs where required to deliver clinical care. We only process this with your explicit consent and/or where necessary for the provision of healthcare and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not intentionally collect data relating to children for aesthetic treatments. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can delete it where appropriate.

  • Clinical records & treatment photos: generally 8 years from last treatment (or longer where required by clinical guidance/insurance).

  • Enquiry & booking data: up to 2 years from last interaction.

  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, plus a short period to record the suppression.

  • Financial records: 6 years for tax/audit.

We will securely delete or anonymise data when it is no longer required.

 

7) Sharing your data

We may share data with trusted recipients, strictly as necessary:

  • IT, hosting & practice management systems (e.g., booking platforms, EMR/e‑forms, email service providers).

  • Payment processors and banks.

  • Professional advisers (legal/insurance) where necessary.

  • Regulators or law enforcement where required by law.

We require recipients to respect the security of your data and to process it in accordance with the law and our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
